Treatment for depression and anxiety resulting from multiple stressors
including childhood abuse, death or loss of loved ones, job stress, marital/relationship
difficulties, illness or other stresses of everyday living. Because our
clinic is focused on a short- term model, patients suffering from problems
requiring longer term therapy may be referred out to private therapy or
to other community services.
Stress management, assertiveness training, panic disorders,
couples communication, depression education and women's anger management.
We explore self-esteem, co-dependency, relationship and social anxiety

designed for patients placed on psychiatric disability or who require
more intensive treatment. We offer services in English, Spanish, Mandarin
and Hindi
Our
